We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the condition you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need an invoice or proof of purchase.

You can contact us at info@lakanibeauty.com to initiate a return. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:
Çaybaşı, Çaybaşı Cd. No:66/A, 42140 Meram/Konya, TURKEY

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not Turkey, please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Problems

Please review your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Certain types of items are non-refundable, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day cool-down period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need an invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and review your return to let you know if your return has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
